Ugabogha: Abatthu parihara Ugabogha

This is written by Sri Vijaya dasaru to protect Gopala dasaru from dacoits on his way to udupi.

There was the time, It was not safe to travel from Adoni to Udupi because there were lot of dacoits and thieves on that route. This ugabhoga was composed to remove obstacles from Gopala dasaru travel on his way to udupi.

This sloka protects one from all sort of diseases and bad conditions of their life. This Ugabogha can  be chanted daily for getting rid of all dangers in life.

ಒಂದು ಕೈಯಲಿ ಖಡ್ಗ ಒಂದು ಕೈಯಲಿ ಹಲಿಗೆ
ಅಂದವಾಗಿ ಪಿಡಿದುಕೊಂಡು ದಿವಾರಾತ್ರಿಯಲಿ
ಬಂದು ಬದಿಯಲಿ ನಿತ್ಯ ಬಾರಾಸನಾಗಿ ನಿಂದು
ಹಿಂದು ಮುಂದುಪದ್ರವವಾಗದಂತೆ
ಇಂದಿರೆರಮಣ ಕಾಯುತ್ತಲಿರೆ ಎನಗಾವ
ಬಂಧಕಗಳು ಇಲ್ಲ ಧನ್ಯ ಧನ್ಯ
ಕಂದರ್ಪನಯ್ಯಾ ಸಿರಿ ವಿಜಯ ವಿಠ್ಠಲರಾಯ
ದೇವ ಆಪತ್ತು ಬರಲೀಯ ನೋಡಿ ||

Bandu badiyali nitya barasanagi nindu
Hindu mundupadravavagadante
Indireramana kayuttalire enagava
Bandhakagalu illa dhanya dhanya
Kandarpanayya siri vijaya viththalaraya
